Shipping Details: We've got your shipping needs covered! For orders within the contiguous United States, shipping fees are already included. Plus, if you're located within 150 miles of our New Jersey showroom, you'll enjoy Free Delivery & White Glove Service on eligible orders. Please note that all orders shipped within New Jersey are subject to a 6.625% State Sales Tax.
As for delivery times, most soft goods like pillows and sheets will be on their way to you within 1-3 weeks. Larger items such as mattresses and toppers may take a bit longer, typically shipping within 3-5 weeks. Keep in mind that these estimates can vary by up to a week depending on the time of year and the size of your order. Once your order is ready to ship, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery from our New Jersey showroom, depending on your location. You'll receive automated tracking information once your items are on their way. Custom furnishings require 6-8 weeks to complete, with additional transit time for ground or freight shipment. If you're located outside our 150-mile delivery range, furniture orders will ship directly from the manufacturer.
For our international customers, we strive to make shipping as cost-effective as possible. We deduct the amount we'd typically spend on shipping within the US and charge you only the difference to help with your shipping costs.
Alaska and Hawaii orders may incur an additional fee, typically around 10% - 15% more than your original total. For Canadian orders, shipping costs vary from 10% - 25% of your order total based on your location. After you place your order, we'll reach out via email to provide the exact shipping cost.
Please be aware that while most of our soft goods (mattresses, bedding, and pillows) fall under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), tariffs may still apply. Keep a notice handy when receiving your products in Canada, stating that the goods qualify for preferential tariff treatment under NAFTA.
